3) Payment
3.1 Within forty eight (48) hours of completing the application, proof of payment must be faxed through to the following number to complete the process and to secure your chosen area. Fax Number: 086 - 766 1762

3.2 Failure to do so nullifies the invoice sent to you, and re-releases the area reserved by yourself back into the system, making it immediately available to anyone else. Please understand that this is an automated process and cannot be reversed. If you mistakenly let this happen, you will need to complete the application process once again and re choose from the available areas.


4) Termination of Agreement
4.1 Both the client and Boundary Buddy have the right to terminate any service agreements for any reason, including ending services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a service is deemed to have begun, and for all intents and purposes, underway.
4.2 Boundary Buddy reserves the right to disallow any person / business to participate or advertise in this program for whatever reason. No consideration will be given to businesses offering or promoting smoking, alcohol or anything of a sexual or inappropriate nature.

5) Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 This Web site is published by Boundary Buddy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights in existence at any time throughout the world.
